Research shows that incidences of cardiac arrest in Black communities are five times more likely to end as a fatality than in primarily white communities. Through raising awareness as to why First Aid, CPR & AED training is important, partnerships with organizations serving marginalized communities, and generous donors that sponsor free certifications, they inspire individuals to transform the well being of their neighborhoods. Since its inception, True Community has provided more than 10,000 first aid, CPR, AED certifications across 20 training centers domestically and internationally, and brought in more than $500,000 in revenue.
