Juliana White is a Program Associate for the Do Good Institute. She is responsible for various administrative responsibilities, including marketing, communications, outreach and general administration as needed.
Before joining the Do Good Institute, White served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at the University of Maryland, College Park working on the Campus Food System Education Project, in collaboration with the UMD Campus Pantry, UMD Campus Food Gardens, Terp Farm, and Coalition for Terps Essential Needs to further UMD’s efforts to become a hunger-free campus and promote community food literacy. Juliana is also a Taproom Manager at Hellbender Brewery in Northeast Washington, D.C.
White is a native of Brazil, where she received a degree in Communications and
Public Relations from Universidade do Sagrado Coração. Outside of work, she enjoys Crossfit workouts, trying new restaurants and cooking every so often. White is a women’s sports enthusiast, usually attending a Washington Spirit or
Mystics Game. She currently lives in Northeast D.C. with her husband Colin, with whom she shares a passion of going to concerts, live sports and traveling, and their very mischievous Frenchie, Hank.
