Back to Faculty & Staff

Grace Connors serves as a Research Assistant at the Do Good Institute. In this role, she works alongside the research team to develop innovative research at the intersection of philanthropy, nonprofits and volunteerism, with the ultimate goal of advancing the social impact sector. She also assists with the monitoring and evaluation of DGI programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Connors graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2023, where she majored in computer science and peace studies. Her background as a digital peacebuilder has led her to a diverse array of experiences across sectors and countries, including work in effective philanthropy, communications and start-ups in the US; social impact technology in Ireland; anti-genocide advocacy in Rwanda; and farming monitoring and analysis in Ghana. The underlying theme of her work is a passion for working for the common good through a tech-enabled peacebuilders lens, which is what has brought her to the Do Good Institute. In her free time, Connors enjoys volunteering with Data Science for Sustainable Development, running around new places in DC and picking up new hobbies.
